In Focus: No Medical Exam Life Insurance
At present, there are already life insurance companies that offer Life Insurance no exam. Life insurance applications usually come with a medical exam and the purpose of the exam is to determine how much premium to charge a potential policyholder. Tests will be conducted for the insurance provider to check whether you have any health condition that may shorten your life. A person who is more likely to die at an early age tends to pay more during their early lives than those who are most likely to live longer, who could make payments longer.
Life insurances that require no exam are perfect for those people who want to avail for insurance but have health problems or are too old to qualify for a regular term life insurance. Unfortunately, life insurances that require no medical exams have different rates than those that require one. This is because they have no way to determine how much risk their company will be into once you’ve become a policyholder.
The benefit amount is usually limited to a lower amount when the premiums are the same with regular life insurance. On the other hand, higher benefit amounts would require much higher premiums than most people could and would want to pay for.
